Project brief form
The project brief builder processes the information you enter inside your browser. In this version, submitting the form creates a local brief; it does not send the details to Warmlots or save them in a business database. You can copy the brief or download it as a text file.
If you choose to share that brief through email, WhatsApp, or another service, the service you use handles that transmission under its own privacy practices.
Demonstrations
The catalogue, booking, referral, and WhatsApp examples are simulations. They do not place orders, make appointments, create financial records, or send messages. Details entered into a demonstration remain within the page while you use it.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not add marketing cookies or advertising trackers. The project brief and demo inputs are not intentionally retained in local storage. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to operate and protect the website. Any sign-in required by the private review environment is handled by its provider.
Contacting Warmlots
If you contact us separately, we use the information you provide to discuss and manage your enquiry or project. Please share only the information needed for that conversation. You can raise a question about your information with your Warmlots contact.
Future updates
We will update this notice if we introduce enquiry submission, analytics, additional third-party integrations, or other changes to how this website handles information.
